It's a Double Wow!

Confirmed! The Red Arrows are scheduled to be at Cromer Carnival this year, 20th August. That's in addition to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, which we'd announced previously on the Facebook page. More details on timings in due course.

Carnival Art Week - May 23rd - May 28th

Don't miss out on the many paintings, photos and other art works on display at the Parish Hall this week. Open daily 10am to 5pm (Sunday from 1pm).

A look back here. Thanks for all the responses on a date for this. We're now pretty certain it's 1992, so we've changed the date on the titles of the archive version.

Time for Presentations

The evening of Friday 11th October was time to present the many cups and shields at the Cliftonville Hotel. It's congratulations to all the winners and thanks to all who participated.

Thank You to Parade Participants

On behalf of Cromer Carnival Committee I would like to Thank You for participating in the Grand Carnival Parade which saw 20,000 people watch the event. We think it was the largest number of floats we have seen in recent years.

We have now completed counting the parade collection money and can confirm that we will be presenting a cheque for £2,000 to the Cromer Hospital Cancer Unit.

Thank you very much for helping us raise this amount of money; without your participation, it would not have been possible.

We look forward to welcoming you back in 2025.

Carnival Video 2024

Many thanks to new volunteer videographer Sterling Smith who has edited this video for us. Sterling and James Lawson were our two video camera personnel for this year, so thanks again to both of them for keeping up with the action! Both are students in training for their full-time careers and again we are grateful to them for the time they've put in out of their summer breaks. Leigh Clark helped with stills and we have some more pictures coming in which we'll add to the selection further down this page and in the 'Gallery' section.
